Overview
Design-and-build joint-venture projects at kilometres 2, 5 and 8 of the Wenchi-Dendi Eco-Tourism Road Network, a project funded by the Gebeta Le Hager initiative.
In joint venture with Formonic Architects & Engineers PLC, and as a sub-contractor to China Communications Construction Company, we delivered the finishing works of Pick-Nick K-2 (ETB 3,458,096.00) and K-5 (ETB 6,145,703.50), both inclusive of VAT, and both completed successfully.
Scope of work
- Production and laying of terrazzo tile
- Laying of ceramic tile
- Special painting (stone paint and decorative)
- Wooden decoration works
- Supply and fix of windows and doors
- Cultural ceiling works
- Supply and fix of electrical fixtures
